 	Many 'fics to the contrary, it is safe to assume that all Japanese
 believe in Shintoism and/or Buddism (the two rites are not mutually
 exclusive) unless specifically indicated otherwise (for the Joketsuzoku,
 it is safe to say that they are into rather obscure goddess worship rather
 than more mainstream chinese faiths).  Christianity, for example, is at
 best a semi-fringe cult in Japan to this day.

that during any religious holiday(s) (x-mas, hanukah, etc.) their prayers to
the kami are more receivable.
