Well, these hit me while I was watching some other anime, so they might 
seem kind of weird....

First, remember that scene in Ranma, when Ranma and Kuno jumped into the 
pool, and Ranma slammed Kuno into the concrete and then stepped on his 
head?  What if that killed Kuno?  What if the slam broke his neck, and 
the slam crushed his skull?  Well, Ranma would probably forever 
foreswear martial arts, and become very meek and docile...  This might 
cause Akane to start protecting him more...  And then Ryoga shows up... 
 And Akane has to fight him....  A basic rewrite of the Ranma series, 
with Akane getting all the cool moves, and Ranma being very subdued...

Second, there is a new student in the Tendo Dojo.  Because he has no 
money, he does odd chores around the house to help pay for lessons, and 
he lives in a corner of the Dojo.  His name?  Oe Kintaro.  The 
GoldenBoy, Wandering Student.....  Don't know where to go with this one, 
but seems like fun....
