Yes! Done! Wai! happydays!
Yo, lucas, you still on here?
Throughout man’s existence, he has wonder if he was alone in the
universe.
He was wrong.
Alien’s abound in our vast universe, some friendly. Some Not.
The NERV Project was created to serve the need to make a place where
human’s and aliens could meet and reach solutions. It is a home away
from home, meeting hall, and rest stop, for Diplomats, Warriors and
wanders, the Universe over.
It is not always quiet in space. It’s Vacuum is shattered from time to
time with conflict. It is the Job of the NERV stations and it’s crew to
prevent these.
There job lies in NERV-5.
NERV-5 Episode 4 “Parasites of The Tree of Liberty”
GNN Special Election Report transcript, September 1st, 2258
“And with the elections only hours away, many political speculators
have already placed their bets on incumbent Jarvis Washington and his
vice president Chi Hung, over Vincent Giovanni and Former EDF Commander
Ikari Gendou.” Kiyone Threw a pillow at the TV. She lounged on the
chesterfield in her quarters.
“My First day off in 3 months, and there’s nothing to do....elections,
blah.” She sighed.
“I don’t understand why you’re people are so fanatic about elections.
Most of the people who can vote, don’t, but if elections aren’t held,
they raise 9 types of Rhyle.” Princess Imperial Aeka said to Misato who
sat at a table in the pub.
“I don’t know either, I think it has to do with the fact that most
people feel the principal rather than the actual event of elections.”
Misato responded.
“Ah, Principal...” Aeka scowled at a pair of Demon Gods that walked
past.
“Princess, I wanted to ask you something. I’ve heard some
rumors...You’re grandfather, the Emperor is coming here.”
“What...how...How do you know that?” Aeka was taken back.
“EIO has sources everywhere.” Misato said with a smile.
“Rhyle’s Fury.” Aeka swore.
“What is ‘Rhyle’”?
“Where bad Jurain Children Go, and ones that consort with Demon God
harlots.” Aeka’s eyes hardened.
“Why do you hate them so much.”
“One killed my mother, Stepmother and Older brother.”
“What? How?”
“Well...they were near Demon God Space, and well, they were never heard
of again. Remains of their ship was found, but we couldn’t tell what
destroyed it, but all logic points to the Demon Gods.”
“That’s not a very defiant answer.”
“That’s the official Imperial position.”
“What if they turned up alive?”
“They won’t.”
Misato sighed, “Suit you’re self.”
“And the Returns are in, a 59% electoral victory for Vincent Giovanni.
The new EF President has issued a statement, but due to his wives ailing
health, he is unwilling to leave her side in a hospital in Naples in the
Italian prefecture. The statement reads ‘I am overjoyed that my wife has
lived long enough to see our dream come true. I look forward in my new
position, and thank all of my family and supporters in this time of
victory, but also personal sadness.’. Heart felt words from the new
Earth Federation President.”
“And now we go to the colony of Necomunda for a reaction from The new
EF Vice President Ikari Gendou. ‘I Am happy the voters could Choose the
more Enlightened of the candidates. Under the new Administration, the EF
Will become stronger than ever before.”
“And there you have it...”
“So, the old commander is now Vice Pres. I see.” said Kiyone, coming
into C&C.
“Yep.” Said Misato, she stared off into space, watching the ships go
by. “Do you remember when we first arrived here?” Misato never took her
eyes from space.
“Oh yea, I was worried that something would happen. I mean, NERV-1 was
destroyed by terrorists, same with NERV-2, NERV-3 fell apart, and NERV-4
dissapeard.” Kiyone came to stood next to her friend. “The New Vegas
Oddmakers gave us less than 1% chance of survival.”
“The Last Stand had better odds.” Came a voice from the crew pit.
Both Misato and Kiyone turned and looked at the odd, pale little girl
standing in the center of the pit.
“Who are you? Are you lost?” Misato got down so she would be closer to
the little girl.
“I am you’re new Computer Operator, Ruri.” Said the girl.
“You?” Misato said in a surprised tone.
“Yes.” Ruri scowled. Misato was sure she heard the girl say ‘baka’
under her breath.
“Well, welcome.”
The Jurian Homeworld.
The orangic buildings of the Jurian Imperial palace stretched high into
the sunny blue/green sky. White birds flap above. Robed Jurian Royal
Guards marched in columns up and down the wooden catwalks. Behind them,
an Elderly man in regal robes, long hair and beard bound with golden
wooden rings.
“My Emperor!” said a man of middle years, with a clean shaven face, who
came running up behind the Elderly Man.
“Prime Minister Kaori, what can I do for you?” The Emperor said,
stopping his stroll.
“I have just heard that you plan on leaving for NERV-5 within the week,
as you’re Prime Minister, I cannot permit you to travel to such a
unpredictable place!”
“I appreciate you’re concern, but, I am going, I want to see my
Granddaughter. I believe that my tree has neared the end of it’s great
life, It’s limbs now struggle to bring forth leaves every spring, no, I
will go.” The Emperor said, adamantly.
“My Emperor, I cannot stand in you’re way, just, be careful. You’re
Son, Azusa is not...the most stable of people, name someone else before
you go.”
“I’m not on my deathbed yet, do not worry. I will be safe.”
“Yes my Emperor.”
Efreet Prime, home of the Demon God Empire.
“Holy Ifurita! I bring a message from the One, Miss Washuu, for you. It
is only one Word, ‘Hissacul’.” A Herald said, her skin tight green and
Yellow body suit was covered by a crushed velvet robe.
Ifurita came out from her curtained meditation chamber that sat behind
her royal padded Divan in the Great Hall of the Demon Gods. “What did
you say?” She fixed the Herald with the gaze that only 23,000 years
could create.
“I said ‘Hissacul.” The Herald was trembling under the gaze of the
mother of her race.
“Were is this Washuu?”
“NERV-5.”
And Ifurita was gone.
Back on NERV-5
“Captian! We got 2 ships that just came out of hyperspace. One is and
Inquisition Cruiser, the other is a EDF transport.” Said the new Ensign,
up at Yurika who was at her watch.
“Ah...let them both dock.” Yurika said.
“We only have one space left.”
“Let me talk to the EDF Captian.”
“Patching him through now.”
“This is Major Rudoph of the EDF Transport ‘Pitt the Elder’, I have
some extremely important cargo that needs to be off loaded. I must talk
to Dr. Akagi.”
“Who?” Yurika blinked.
“Dr. Ritsuko Akagi....she should be aboard.”
“Uh...I don’t know...” Yurika said again.
The lift doors opened at the end of C&C, and Ritsuko came into C&C.
“They’re finally here!” She exclaimed.
“Who are you?” Yurika looked at Ritsuko wide-eyed.
“Captian, come around to the central Pylons and begin to orbit, I’ll
come aboard when you get there and we’ll start unloading.” Said Ritsuko,
all the while Yurika was asking ‘Who are you?’
“Baka.” Ruri said softly.
Princess Imperial Aeka was humming softly to herself as she strung her
Jurian equivalent of a harp, called a Kosami, as her door sounded. She
got up and opened the door. A Young man, with slick black hair and a
Dark blue suit stood there.
“I am Katsuhiko Jinnai, I have a appointment with Princess Aeka.” Said
the man.
“Oh...yes.” Aeka said reluctantly.
They sat down, Aeka on her wooden couch, Jinnai in a chair also carved
of wood.
“What do you want?” asked Aeka.
“That’s the exactly what I wanted to ask you. What do you want?”
“You are wasting my time, there is nothing that you could possibly
offer me that I could be interested in. Now, be gone.” Aeka made a
Dismissive gesture with her hand.
“Are you sure? I have MORE than you think.” Jinnai Smiled.
Aeka’s eyes narrowed, and she assessed the man. “Do you want to know
what I really want?” she asked.
“Yes.” Jinnai inwardly smiled.
“I want my people to once again have a place of importance and honor in
the galaxy, above all, I want revenge for my Mothers...”
“I will see what I can do.” Jinnai got up and left Aeka’s quarters,
without another word. As he got outside, his face contorted and he burst
out in his trademark maniacal laughter, which echoed though the halls.
Ritsuko stood in the special hanger looking at the three huge machines
that now stood in their launch racks.
“Now the power of God Himself is in our hands.” She said to herself.
She opened the manila envelope she held in her hands and looked at the
single peace of paper that was contained within.
“What? I’m...the....medical officer now?” she said out loud as she
finished reading it.
“Did you know anything off this.” Ritsuko shoved the piece of paper in
Misato’s face.
Misato just leaned forward and put her elbows on her desk.
“You did! Didn’t you!” Ritsuko growled.
“Think about it, Ritsuko, we don’t have a chief medical officer, and
you’re name came up. They also said you needed a cover for what you’re
really doing here.” Misato smiled more.
“I...guess so...Dammit, I swore I’d never serve under you.”
“These things happen.”
Ogisa IV, Demon God Outpost.
Small fighters wized about the station as they made their daily
patrols. A Small Frigate sat along the claw shaped station’s docking
bays.
“Captian Baphamti, I’ve got some odd readings here.” Said a fighter
pilot. She gazed at the display that sat in front of her in the cockpit.
“I’m getting it too, it’s like a jumpgate opening...but...different in
other ways.”
“Hey, what’s that in 12-75?” said another pilot.
Space shimmered and rippled, and 4 spidery ships that pulse as if they
were breathing.
“What are they!? Scramble! Scramble!” yelled the Captian. The stations
neutron cannons began to blast at the ships. The unidentified ships
dodged and weaved to avoid the blasts. One was struck a glancing blow,
and the ship gave a rumbling scream that seemed to be in the minds of
each of the defenders.
“We’re not doing hardly any damage!” Yelled a fighter pilot.
And then the Unidentified ships opened fire. The beams they fired did
not melt or Atomize like others, but more carve their targets into neat
little pieces. The Fighters vainly tried to engage and save what was
left of the station, but they were very neatly and efficiently cut into
fillets.
After it was over, the Unidentified ships shimmered and rippled and
were gone, leaving only the broken hulks of the Demon God Station,
Ships, and their crews.
Ifurita received the news just after she arrived on NERV-5.
“It’s true Holy Ifurita, the entire outpost Destroyed. There’s no
survivors.” Said Haruka, who appeared in a ten inch high hologram on
Ifurita’s Table.
“You are the War Minister, why didn’t you know this.” Ifurita said, her
voice sharp as a dagger.
The hologram visibly shrunk back. “None of the intelligence Service
knew. This was a complete surprise to any of us.”
“Who was it?”
“We have no idea. It couldn’t of been the Jurai. Our ships are superior
to theirs.”
“The Bugrom?”
“No, we’re evenly matched.”
“Who then?”
“It could be them.”
“We defeated them a thousand years ago. I will have to inquire to find
this out. In the meantime, I want you to increase out ships in all our
outlying outposts and colonies, I don’t want this it happen again.”
“Yes Holy Ifurita.” The hologram turned off. Ifurita suddenly became
aware of another presence in the room. “Who’s there?” She yelled,
spinning around.
“Took you nearly a minute to sense me, you’ve grown lax.” Said Washuu,
who stepped out from a shadow.
“Washuu!” Ifurita says, and immediately presses her forehead to the
floor.
“Oh, do stop that! I hate Groveling!”
“Sorry.”
Washuu’s eyes narrow and she peers at Ifurita. “I see you haven’t
changed. How are you’re people.”
“Well, although we were just attacked by a unknown enemy. It is
probably only a isolated incident.”
“Maybe.”
“If you don’t mind me asking, where did you come from?”
“Well, a long time ago, my mom and my dad....they had this thing called
sex where my dad took his...”
“I didn’t mean that!” Ifurita Blushed at Washuu.
“Oh, You mean that, I was aboard the Soja.”
“We didn’t see you.”
“I know.”
“How’d you get onto the station.”
“I....just did.”
Ifurita looks at Washuu. “There’s something odd about you...”
“Is there? I’m the same as I was all those years ago.”
“No...that’s not what I mean...”
EF Research Complex, Necomunda Colony
The new EF Vice President, Gendou Ikari, sat at his desk deep within
the GeoFront that was hidden below the Main Colony of Necomunda. Across
from him stood a rather unkempt man in a EF Uniform.
“Mr. Ryuji, I hope this package is what is promised to me.” Said
Gendou. In front of him on the desk was a small black box.”
“It is. Would I lie to you?” said Ryuji.
Gendou fixed him with a accusing eye.
“Maybe I should rephrase that, would THEY Lie to you?”
“I see.” Gendou put the box into a drawer.
“How goes the preparations for the other matter?”
“They’re going along fine, they should be completed by the date you
requested. I must be going now, Mr. President.”
