This is just a minor nitpick, I know.  But there is a TV in the Tendo
household - in the manga, at any rate.  In Tarou's 3rd story (where he's
fighting Rouge), the story starts with them watching the news on TV. 

There was also one in the "Secret Scroll" story, at the very end... seeing
Happousai and all that.
