	Two things come to mind here, I'll state the first one but Its so
outrageous that I could never believe it would happen.

	1.) Disney (or there exec's and producers now known from henceforth as
the Disney Co.) actually found the people or title holding persona's of
each of these classic works and paid royalty fee's permitting them to
take their work and make it animated.

((See, I told you it was outrageous.  Most of these tales are
considered folklore))

	2.) Disney does really care.  As much as you like to think they stole
these works and should be punished for claiming it for its own, its
done all the time and not just by Disney.  Disney showed a rendition of
a classic story, changed so drastically that it resembles the original
story only slightly, and now owns it.  They should indeed get the
rights to this story, they created it using themes from myth and lore.
	If, by chance, you want to remove Disney's hold on these things and
make them pay for what they've done, go ahead. But you should know
there will be a lot of other people who will have to go down for the
"crime" Disney has committed.
	Mel Brooks comes to mind.  You think Spaceballs came out first and
Star Wars second?  How about his version of the French Revolution in
History of the World Pt. 1?  If it isn't considered the same type of
history that Pocahontas is considered, then at least he should be
paying Charles Dickens cause, you guessed it, that whole thing is from
A Tale Of Two Cities.  How about Men In Tights, Robin hood is a classic
legend now isn't it? (Of course, kill Men In Tights, then you'd have to
kill Morgan Creek for Prince Of Thieves, and the numerous other Robin
Hood movies produced by MGM.)
	How about Twentieth Century Fox (or Fox 2000 as they are now calling
themselves) for their Anastasia legend that just came out?  History?
Legend? CONTRAVERSIAL? Hell yeah.
	Lets see, who else? Hot Shots and its sequel Part Deus?  Top Gun and
Rambo were first gents, not to mention Dances With Wolves and the
numerous other references in those two movies.

	Get the picture yet?  Disney is either not committing a crime, or its
committing a crime done so often that no one cares.
