As for ideas, I suggest placing some of the Ranma badguys in 
the same situation as DC badguys.

Since you've already given Ryouga the Shazaam powers, he can't
be Lex Luthor, although their stories are almost identical.

Perhaps you could make Gos into Lex. He fits pretty well, too. For that 
matter, principal Kunou has hair problems....

Kodachi would make an *excellent* Catwoman or Poison Ivy.  

You could also make an old, shriveld up Poison Ivy out of Cologne.

Tarou or Ryuu Kumon= Bizarro

Happousai = Joker or Ridler

Mikado Sanzenin=Mr. Freeze (His heart just won't melt until he's kissed a 
thousand girls)

It also seems like there was some sort of giantess would shifted sizes.
This would be very good for Hinako!

Damn, I've spent much more time reading Marvel than DC. Most of
these are from the various Batman Movies and 'Superfreinds'.
