"A Typical Day..."

It was a typical day at the Spartan Institute of Higher Education.
Miami Takahashi had failed another test, and her teachers were always
ready to put their unique perspective on education theory into practice.

They'd started with the leg-irons and handcuffs, and were working their
way towards the whips.  There was a branding-iron heating on a brazier
in the corner.  The Big Toenail of Satan, in his ever-present demon
mask, was already hyperventilating.

The whole affair was being broadcast on closed-circuit television all
over the school.  There was quite a crowd around every TV set.  The male
students were enjoying the show, and looking forward to the arrival of
the main attraction.  The female students (those who weren't also
enjoying the show) were looking forward to seeing the Toenail of Satan
get pasted again.  Yuka Chigusa was looking at her watch and wondering
what was taking Miami's mystery saviour so long.

"There she is!" someone shouted.  The crowds around the TV sets surged.
A slim form leaped into view and paused theatrically, allowing everyone
to take a good look at her ... assets.  This wasn't difficult.  Her face
was masked, and she wore long, red gloves and boots.  Apart from that,
her tailor seemed to have taken the day off.

She leaped toward the torturers, mask-tails flying.  What happened next
didn't take long.  The male students all cheered as Kekko Kamen used her
trademark attack.  Miami was saved again.

Afterward, Kekko Kamen bounced away (sorry), to the applause of the
entire student body.  When she was well out of sight, she removed her
mask and shook her long red hair.  "Everybody may recognise my body,"
she murmured, "but nobody knows my face!"

She poured a bucket of warm water over her head.  "... And a damn good
thing, too," he finished.  "Man, if Akane ever heard about this ...
Why'd I ever transfer to this school, anyway?"

Ranma dressed and went back to class.  Until the next time ...
