"Oh, come on Ranma.  It's not that bad."  Ranma looked at Akane,

then at

his mother.  He nodded in agreement, and everyone cheered.  Ranma

checked

his stomach and tried to visualize what was going to happen next.

I was just reading this and I had this insanely humorous vision of the
doctor cutting into Ranma with a scalpel and just staring in shock as
Ranma's super human healing abilities sealed the cut within seconds of
it forming.
