Hiya!

Truly the holidays are upon us.  It seems my prayers had been answered.
Due to Geocities recent announcement of increasing the server space
available to homesteaders from 2MB to 3MB, I'm finally going to write
fanfics based on my first love.  Dragonball.  Since I have been running a
very huge picture archive of Dragonball GT, oh for about 10 months now,
it's just fitting to base this project on Dragonball GT.

Since Dragonball (the whole series, Z and GT included) officially ended
last November 19...I'm going to start work on a continuation fanfic series
on it. ^_^  I'm thinking of a name, but Dragonball Millenium sounds nice?
Dragonball M? Heh.

Its has about 30+ TV screen shots (all courtesy of Toei Animations), about
4+ MB of high resolution (24-bit) scans of the bandai episode
cards/trading cards (scattered on two servers, geocities + pworld.net.ph)
and lots more.  If you're having trouble with it, me too.  Seems like
Geocities is busy today.

And, one of these days I'll finally post my "Chromium Card collection" of
DBGT, also from Bandai.  In honor of the end of Dragonball, the anime.

Question:

If you were Skuld, and you need to manipulate the records of specific
people, do you do it upstairs or on Earth?  How would you go about
changing things, like birth records, hospital records in Japan?  Or can
the great computer up in heaven do that too?  Does Skuld have access to
the machine up in heaven, or its just Urd?
