Uh, you didn't seem to get the point here...he didn't want female
clones from Yui's DNA, because he *has* a daughter. It would raise
suspicion if the clones look like his own daughter.

You have to have a sample of a Y chromosome to have a male clone.
There is no Y chromosome in a female sample.
