	That was until one perticular person passed by the two loved 
ones.  At first he was going to just pass them by, to continue on his 
search of the park for danger.  That was until he got a really good look 
at the couple on the park bench.  The young man appeared to be in his 
early twenties.  While the woman, actually the girl, couldn't have even 
gotten out of junior high yet.

One minor detail: while this might be changing due to some recent
publicized problems with informal teenage prostitution, at least at the
time of the series the age of consent in Tokyo was *13*.  So Usagi was
never jailbait.  Note that her mom had no difficultly with the age
difference....

America is rather unique in its current obsession with protecting
"children", and in defining childhood to extend well past the typical
14-16 +- age of majority, so authors need to be careful about assuming
other societies are like ours in this respect.

And anyway, Usagi would just whip out her disguise pen, age her appearance
a bit, and tell the nice officer to stop being silly.  Usagi can muster
almost infinite moral authority when she needs it; one of my favorite
moments in the series is in episode #6 (the one with the subliminal tape),
when she follows the targeted musician in a "live house" and totally
intimidates the waiter.
