Yeah, I _did_ mean Happosai.  Must've had Shampoo on the brain.  Aiyaa!

Actually, if I were you, instead of a fusion, I would try it from the
angle of the Nerima bunch -performing- the Wizard of Oz... glomping
Dorothy, and the witch genuinely -hating- her... >;)

This was my exact thoughts from the beginning.  Same cast, different
roles.  The Witch, of course, would be after Ran-chan.  Course the 
splash of water at the end would have _slightly_ different results.  ^_^
