I am fairly ceratin that Nabiki has some sort of ability in that direction. 
She has to strong of a will not to.  Beyond that she recognised exactly what 
Pol was doing, and was able to respond by blocking certain areas, much to 
Pol's suprise.  She also heard the roaring sound that acompanied the act.  The 
quite rushing sound is connected with acts of the will and the way that a 
person has practiced, and is familiar with.  A loud roar acompanies dificult 
acts that have never been attempted before. Pol was doing something that she 
was not even certain was possible, and was effected buy it much the same way 
as Nabiki.  Another thing to concider, is that it would appear from Edding's 
writting that the potentiol for ability with the will and the word is possibly 
linked to genetics, and every one of the Tendo's are capable of generating a 
bvattle aura when ticked off.

Also for those of you mentioning Kuno, even if he did have the ability, he 
would have been to busy spouting off shakespere to be gathering his will at 
that moment. He is not exactly the most inteligent person in the group.  Of 
course the way he talks, he could easily be mistaken for a Mimbrate if it 
weren't for the skin color.

As far as those that posses ability possibly:.

Ranma, Akane, Ryoga: defiitly, they all use chi based attacks, wich chi would 
be sinonomous witht the will and the word, at least in this case, because they 
both involve gathering will then releasing it with a word.

Nabiki, Kodachi, Shampo, Ukyo: Quite possibly.  they have all shown battle 
Auras, wich are basicaly a display of gathered will.

Moouse:  Not realy sure.  there is the fact that he has all those weapons that 
he hides in his cloths.

Tatawaki:  I am not sure.  But when ever he hold his boken up during a 
tirade/speech lightning does strike in the background.
As far as Kasumi goes, your guess is as good as mine.
