Sorry if this message has already been posted by someone else, but you can
access the R.A.A.C. by typing "news:rec.arts.anime.creative" in the slot
where you would type an internet address in your browser.  This will only
work if your server supports a news service, but if  you are at a college,
or maybe have a news server elsewhere, it will load the R.A.A.C. for you.
