Well, this one just popped into my head, so I decided to put it
forward:

We have Kasumi as the kakkoii college student (Endymion), Ranma as the
Sailor Fuku no bishoujo senshi (Serenity), Akane as Ranma's iinazuke,
Hino Rei as Serenity's lover (Mars), and the rest of the cast as
themselves ^^;

The way I see it the relationships are something like this at the
beginning:
Mars<->Serenity<->Endymion
Ranma<->Akane

This uses the Anime continuity mainly (Kasumi doesn't know she's
Tuxedo Kamen), and could go almost anywhere from there. . .

I'd write it up, but I've already got an SM-Ranma project underway,
and I'd almost certainly put it off 'til after SM 1/6 is done and I've
got a couple chapters of R3 posted. . .
(since I started plotting R3 six years ago, and SM1/6 four, one should
be able to tell that that will be RSN ^^;; )

	``Mars,''  I take a deep breath in an attempt at calm, ``I've
decided.  If you aren't willing to share, I'll,'' I take another deep
breath, the first didn't work, ``I'll . . . dump the others.''  I take
yet another deep breath, look up at Rei's ever so familiar, ever so
lovely face.  She has tears in her eyes, but she's smiling.

	``I couldn't ask that of you.  So long as I don't loose
you. . .''  She hugs me tightly, pressing her face to my neck.  ``What
are you going to tell the others?''

	``That I've put too much into my relationship with you to risk
it for anything, and that if they can't deal with it. . .''  I trail
off, appalled at the thought of what I'm about to do.  *You made a
commitment here, you'd better carry it through.  Yeah, most of the
problems I've got, heck, most of the problems that I've ever had, stem
from being afraid of making a commitment.*  ``they can find someone
else.  It's the only way.''
