(winces) That had to hurt! Why the Philipines? Major reason being Saturn's
heading up a fight against a nasty threat there. It's also for the reason
that Chibi-Usa couldn't know Hotaru until after she went back fro SM-S. 

Hotaru:  Anyway, was my part always in the outlines for this
        story?
Sean: (rubbing his head) Or did we nag the authors into it?
     And then there's Haruka...

You sorta motivated me into putting Hotaru in... Another way of saying this
is that Hotaru saved me. I had the looming threat of physical viloence if I
killed Sakuya off, AFAIC that's to be avaoided :)

Hotaru:  I'll be intrigued to see the reasons why Uranus is
        behaving the way she is.  Is it her loyalty to Pluto,
        or the fact that she sees a great deal of herself in
        Sakuya, or...
Sean:  I think you'll be disappointed.
Hotaru:  Why?
Sean:  I suspect the reason Uranus is being such a bitch is
      that the authors just don't like her.  Neptune will
      probably be the same.
Hotaru:  REALLY?
Sean:  There's been a big Haruka and Michiru backlash lately.
      They are not enjoying as much popularity as they did.
Hotaru:  Hhmph.

Actually Sakuya and Haruka never got along well. Haruka has the egoistic
attitude that she's the best and someone getting be able to knock her out
just doesn't sit well. She sees this as an avenue to get a little revenge.
Neptune typically never acts independently of Uranus so she's just being
pulled along. So while my like for Uranus is one factor she does have her
own motivations. Unlike where Sakuya dislikes Pluto she at least can
respect her.

Sean:  That just leaves the trial, where I think the main
      problem will be Sakuya's death wish...despite what she 
      said to Makoto, I think she'll be fighting hard to be
      executed.  An end to her suffering and pain, etc.
Hotaru:  You had to throw that one in, didn't you?
Sean:  Ayup.

Ummm.... no. Killing Sakuya would make several people rather angry. 'Sides
if she didn't survive then how would she.... Oops, nearly gave away too
much there.

Hotaru:  Anyway, nice job, guys.  Looking forward to Part 12,
        as long as I remain cool.  At least in this one I
        wasn't forcibly wed to some ecchi, pedophile author
        avatar...
Sean:  HEY!

(snicker) Thanks for the comments they are really appreciated. I promised
Hotaru would show up in #11 and she did.
