Why are all anime/WoT crossovers (well, all I've seen, anyway) Ranma?

I came up with some other nice possible crossovers:

WoT/Visions of Escaflowne.

First, there is Van and the Escaflowne. Escaflowne is a mecha.
And it transforms into a _dragon_. 
Then there's Hitomi with her fortune telling that doesn't just 
predict the future. (watch the series and you'll understand)

WoT/Slayers.

A bunch of very powerful, triggerhappy sorcerers running around
Randland. One of whom uses a spell called "Dragon Slave" and one
of whom (if you use the TRY storyline) _is_ a golden dragon.

<small voice>"Dragon slave?"

<Lina> "Yup! The most powerful spell of black magic!"

<very small voice, Lina doesn't hear> "Black magic?"

<Lina>"It was orginally called the Dragon Slayer, but..."

<THUMP. Somebody just fainted.>

<Lina>"Was it something I said?"

WoT/Sailor Moon.

The Silver Crystal, the Senshi, especially Saturn and Pluto. 
'Nuff said. ^_^

WoT/Tenchi.

More really powerful people, one of whom is much older than even the Forsaken.
(if you use the OAV continuity, which I'd do)

And no, I'm not going to even consider writing any of these.
I'm not a big Wot fan. (Err... why are you staring at me? I have the right
to my opinion!)
