Can chi disrupt the One Power?  Will a jealous Ryoga develop a bunch of

  Well, the bandannas and his titanium umbrella are his own devices...

	Those are old weapons that people used to use  a while ago.  And the 
Umbrella is made of Bamboo covering some metal that's a lot heavier than 
Titanium.  Besides their weapons that someone  taught him to use.  The question 
is whether or not Ryouga can take his knowlege of Chi and make an intuitive 
jump to understanding a new and different way of using it.  Ranma has shown he 
can do that, however I don't remember any evidence of Ryouga being able to 
learn anything new unless he gets shown how.

Will Ranma learn them?

  That's the question, isn't it?

	Ranma learns faster and more thoroughly than any other character in
the
Ranma Storyline.  Assuming He and Ryouga had the same base knowlege of chi at
the begining, Ranma will figure out anything Ryouga thinks up the first
time he
sees it used.  And if he needs to he will be able to come up with his own
techniques when he needs them.
