Ah...  But can the Neko-ken shred OP flows?

Cutting each other's flows is a major part of combat between One Power
users.  I don't think it's unreasonable that a technique devoted
especially to cutting things should be able to do it.

CUTTING things? Neko-ken Ranma VS. Aes Sedai!

"AHH! Me too!"
"Run!"
"Meowr?"

   Cutting off someone from the Source with the Neko-ken?  Hmmmm...  This
has potential!
