They can't use the one power to HARM.  Things like:
Making it rain on Ranma all the time.

Yes.

There are a lot of ways to evade the oaths to a greater or lesser degree.

For that matter, Aes Sedai can speak words that are not true, despite the
oaths, as long as they THINK the words are true :)

   I picked up a bug about that:

   In "The Great Hunt," when Verin joins Ingtar's group, she says:
"Moiraine sent me."  At the end of the book, Moiraine clearly states that
she didn't send Verin; that she came on her own.  I don't quite understand
how Verin could twist her statement for it to be truth.

   Also, at the end of "The Dragon Reborn", Moiraine tells Mat that he is
"ta'varen, a thread more crucial to the Pattern than most, and the sounder
of the Horn of Valere..."  After that, it says that Nynaeve, Egwene and
Elayne all look at him strangely. Yet in "A Crown Of Swords," Birgitte
tells Mat he didn't tell them he was the sounder of the Horn and he seems
to agree with her!  Did I misunderstand something?
