As soon as the see Onna-Ranma using it.  If you mean the White
Tower's Aei Sedai, that is; Egwene's camp knows about hidden weaves.
Alternatively, think how they would feel if they shielded Ranma and
he kept on shooting at them...

channeler *glowing*.

That makes me wonder.. assuming chi can affect the One Power, then what
would happen to nearby weaves if one of the Ranma crew starts flaring
their battle aura?  The Aes Sedai would eventually try to hold one of them
with air and Ryouga for one would definitely get mad if he found that he
couldn't move all of a sudden.
