Did any of this cast of reviewers notice how clean and crisp the speech
patterns of this particular gang were? And that it was commented on in the
description of "Ganger #2"?

Perhaps they're a gang of "language" majors? (I'd almost say English
majors, except I guess they're supposed to be speaking Japanese : )
