Um... you don't. (Is this a trick question?) Not unless your ISP
requires that stuff to access your news server, in which case it will be
the same for all newsgroups.

If you are trying to access the archive by FTP, use the user name
"anonymous" and your net address as the password, the standard way to do
anonymous FTP.
