Yes, she's referring to the current Prince William.  Anyone know offhand
which William he'd be?  (William the 8th, William the 43rd, etc)

William II was Willaim I's son, ruled in late 1000s, early 1100s
William III was husband of Queen Mary, which William and Mary college is
named after.  1689-1702.
William IV was one of Queen Victoria's uncles, reigned VERY briefly in the
early 19th century.)
