Is she referring to the King of England in 2032 (31?)?  Otherwise, I'd
think she'd make reference to a king more famous outside of England.  I
could see Priss as Queen Elizabeth :)

Yes, she's referring to the current Prince William.  Anyone know offhand
which William he'd be?  (William the 8th, William the 43rd, etc)
