  There are two problems with posts sent through anonymous remailers.  If
someone does do something wrong, WW or Tybalt can't ban the specific
individual, but can only ban all posts from that remailer.  The other
problem is that anonymous remailers will increase spam or decrease C&C
since readers can't reply privately to that individual.  I often direct C&C
or questions privately to people either because the remarks are not for
public distribution or because the comments are sufficiently spammish that
I don't want to waste space in people's mailboxes.

  BTW, how would someone using an anonymous remailer be able to register
with WW or Tybalt so that they don't get blamed for someone else's actions?
