Er, let me clarify something, because this seems a common misconception. I
never thought the story was a failure. I just wasn't sure I was able to
consistenly maintain the stream-of-consciousness feel of my narrative style
throughout the story.
(They both look at each other, then fall into each other arms,
bawling. After a minute, they freeze, look at each other again,
then begin beating the hell out of each other.)
Ranma: AFFECTED?! (punch, jab) NO, NOT US!
Ryoga: YEAH! (kick, slap) WE'RE MANLY MEN! WE DON'T GET
AFFECTED! WE GET VIOLENT!
Hehehehehehehehehehehe. I can see this scene so clearly. Thanks for the
