Ami sat Quietly out side the room as Ranma pulled his Torn shirt
over the bandages on his shoulder and arm.  A few hours earlier Ami had
called Tolaris and told him about the attack.  The Dragoon commander had
been worried for Ami's saftey until he had been allowed to see her only one
hour earlier.  The weather outside quickly changeing to match his mood.  The
grey skies pelted rain against the window of the hospital. as the small
group that had gathered wait for Ranma to be discharged.  Tolaris had been
the first to arrive followed shortly by Leda, and Serena, due to the fact
they both went to the smae school with Ami, and REi followed shortly with
Mina thanks to the fact that they were both in private schools.

        They had come to check on their friend.  Only to find a new
complication in their lives.  There had been an attack on Juuban, and Ami's
new friend was some how involved.  Now they had a problem.  A new enemy had
appeared and only Ranma appeared to know anything about them.

        Ami had spent the last hour talking with Ranma as his doctor checked
the wounds he had recieved.  The little information she had  been able to
garner was scetchy at best.  The person who had attacked Ranma was named
Mousse, and a master of hidden weaponry.  Also the fact that most of the
Amazons much better waroirs than this Mousse character made them a little
nervouse .  Now they were on their way to Ranma's appartment talking to him
trying to discover the reason for the attack.  The only responce they had
been able to get so far gave them no information.  As they turned the final
corner Ranma said goodbye disappearing through the doors of his appartment,
only to rocket out the doors a moment later with something flying in his
hands behind him.

        One hour later, at the Cathedral, the scouts are gathered with
Tolaris, Maze, and Reish'ead, to discuss the information Reish'ead had
brought with him form the Negaverse.  Noptera was returning from the
hinterland campaign, and would soon take command of the negaversal armies,
and some one had attacked a student at Juuban. " okay folk we have situation
on our hands here.  From what little we have gathered from Ami and the other
students Ranma has a curse, and somewhat of a bad reputation for fighting.
In fact the rumors say that he has been forcibly transfered at the start of
the semester to stop the violence there.  The attack couldn't be a a fluke.
We may not have much to go on, but this kid is an enigma, and we can't be
sure that he isn't an advanced scout for an invation.
