Depends on your moderator. I *HAVE* had posts up in less than hour, and I
personally have never had to wait more than a day.

Then again, at least two of my fellow 'fic writing friends have waited 3
months or more. 

On a side note, how many Gunnm fics have there been? I could check RAAC
archive, but it's not a good indicator, as many stories never go to RAAC.
