I'm confused, what is an MST?????


<blink> You have never heard of Mystery Science Theater 3000?

<sigh> OK.

An MST is a fanfic review done in the style of Mystery Science Theater
3000, where a guy and two robots riff on really bad sci-fi movies. 

In fanfiction, MST style reviews are indicative of two things:

1) A fanfic seriously sucked and deserved to be made fun of.
2) A fanfic was really good, and had a lot of potential in it for
wisecracks to be made, leaving the reviewer with no choice but to do an
MST.

In most cases, MSTs done on the list are usually the latter, except for
most MSTs done by Megane 6.7, who likes to take on the task of MSTing the
true crap out there.
