I can't see Ranma voluntarily bringing Akane into a dangerous situation.
Maybe you should add something about her refusing to stay behind.

The five had arrived only a few minutes earlier and had been quite taken
aback by the appearance of Colognes guests. Dr. Tofu had immediately gone

Perhaps you should say what was so shocking. I know the Beast has blue

current costumes?

When it looked as if Akane would protest Cologne continued, placatingly,
"Need I remind you that there are injured people here and there is no
guarantee that their enemies might find them. They'll need some defense."

Besides, neither Ranma nor Ryouga would allow her to come along into
this kind of situation.

Akane nodded reluctantly. "Hai," she paused as a thought came to her,
"Maybe we could also call Ukyou. Her English is pretty good and she could
help out also."

They should have called her in the first place. It's kind of annoying
that all the Ranma girls are neatly kept out of the action. Shampoo is
missing, while Akane and Ukyou get told to stay behind.

Cologne nodded and Akane slipped into the back to find a phone after
giving Ranma a hard look.

Why Ranma? He didn't suggest Ukyou, and Cologne was the one who asked
Akane to stay there.

Cologne grinned as the Ranma crew stared in awe. Wolverine started for the

Still, the claws alone won't impress them for long. Once Mousse starts
pulling the training potties out of thin air, Ryouga breaks through some
walls with a touch, and Ranma fires some chi blasts, Wolverine may be
the one impressed. I'll be interested to see how you compare their
respective abilities.
This seems like an interesting story and I hope you continue it. The
important thing is to show respect for both sets of characters. Don't
allow the X-Men to dominate the Ranma cast, or vice-versa.
