Not that I can see. Ranma and Ukyo both tell us that Ryoga's still very
much hung up on Akane, which leaves it a mystery to me why he'd want to
date Ukyo. Ranma tells us why he thinks Ukyo would be good for Ryoga,
but I kinda doubt he convinced Ryoga using the same argument. Ryoga
himself says very little in this; we can tell he's kinda unhappy about
getting rejected by Ukyo, but that's about it.

So was there something I missed? :)

Ukyo seems a bit arrogant to me in this paragraph, BTW; not sure if
this was your intent.

Arrogant?  How so?  I thought she was being quite reasonable.

The way she begrudgingly admitted to herself that she *might* be
partially at fault herself, after (appropriately) telling Ranma to shape
up, came across as condescending to me.
