does anyone know what Shayla-Shayla calls that rip-cord thingy she uses to

power up?  somehow i can't recall there being any official name for it in
the OAVs.  i'd just call it "the rip-cord thingy," but that would totally
ruin the dark feel of my fanfic.  ^_^
speaking about el-hazard.. has anytone thought about doing a
el-hazard/vision of escaflowne xover.. i mean both of them travel from earth
in a similar manner... just think about the consequences of having the two
destinations switch... fujisawa vs the mechs (can't remember the name right
now...) ... man my memories bad today.. whats-her-name from escaflowne
sittin round havin visions about Ifurita destroying 
everything and no one being able to stop em... or for that matter how bout a
escaflowne/evangelion xover? magic mech vs power cord mech.. 
anyways.. i can't be bothered to write em (no time and lotsa other fics
already in planning stages) but i would be interested in reading em.. so
