Well, I'm going to start work on the next chapter of OMB (I hope) and I wanted
to bounce something off of the FFML.  

When I wrote this fic, the only thing I took as Canon were the events in the
OAV.  That is, I assumed the manga (the big TWO available graphic novels) were
not part of my background.

Now that I've built up some conflicts and things for my alter ego, I'd like to
start using some of the stories from the manga.  Not as stuff Chris get
actively involved in (for the most part), but rather as sort of backdrop events
for the focus of the story.  This way, I'm not doing a pure alternaverse (which
I suck at), but rather, it adds some flavor. (Besides, some of the events are
impossible or would have different consquences...If Aoshima took Belldandy to a
love hotel, Chris would probably be demonstrating just how sharp his
shield-swords are...on portions of Aoshima's anatomy.)

What do y'all think?  Is that worth doing? Please, tell me!  This is probably
one of the hardest and most rewarding fics I've ever written, and it's the
FFML's help that's making it so.
