I don't know about your postmaster, but I _am_ postmaster for several
domains, and if I recieve a complaint about any user, I investigate it
first, including talking to the user in question. It's is EXTREMELY
difficult to completely fake a post, and I've yet to see faked message
that does not contain at least some indicator as to from where and whom it
was sent.

What, don't you want to help your friends and associates? Ignoring them is
fine--but we also have to present a unified front.
IF they're real (and I have no reason to assume they're false.)

Yeah, sure, I have no problem with this, If you get faked by these clowns,
sure, shout about it, there are enough sendmail experts (WW included) in
here that we should be able to discover what has happened
What we _don't_ need is people jumping to unfounded conclusions about
posts made to this list.
