First, I'm looking for pre-readers for a Ranma fic I'm working on.  
It's an experiment for me in a number of ways, and I'd like some 
opinions on it before I write any more than I have, and before I 
release it to the masses.  

Second, I've discovered something interesting while doing research 
for a different fic altogether.  Okonomiyaki (spelling?  The stuff 
Ukyou makes) is apparently distinctive because the patrons at an 
okonomiyaki restaurant get to make it themselves.  The descriptions 
I've read make it seem like okonomiyaki made by a chef wouldn't be 
okonomiyaki at all.  How true is this?  I'm also looking for a 
resource (online or printed) that contains information about Japanese 
cooking by region.  Any suggestions?

Finally, I'd like some information about Ukyou's parents.  What do we 
know about them, if anything?
