Depends on what you mean by "properly".  While he wasn't engaged
in the no-holds-barred life endangering brawling that he does with
his father, in the Anime the occasion where he first calls her uncute
was pretty much a real sparring match.  Then there were the manga
where she tried out various ways of enhancing her abilities by
beating up Ranma, and on those occasions he definitely fought back.
And the fights he has with his father aren't particularly good
training form anyway.  Too risky with anyone who can actually be
injured.

i can't even remember the first time he calls her uncute... i
guess i'll have to go back and watch it some more.. but what
i mean by propery is the fact that most of the time he doesn't
even make any offensive movements..just evades

He won't actually hit her, true, but given that we don't see that
many practise sessions, we have no idea whether they occur or what
happens in them.
