Doenime's black little story "Poison" for

consideration.  There are no 

*physical* deaths in that story, but it made

me turn to "Bitter End" to 

lighten the mood. ^_^;;

Seriously, it must be a decent story; I'll have
to hunt it down.
As for dark stories, I've written one myself
(The Tales of Shampoo: Victory Sealed the Fate),
because they're so much interesting, and
sometimes easier to write than traditional fare.
 My next story, The Tales of Shampoo Vol 2: The
Phoenix Eye Saga, will also be dark (lots of
mahyem and darkness in that one).

To paraphrase the Rolling Stones,
sometimes--though this by no means is a
universal--you must sometimes paint it black.
