Philip Moyer, the author of the Serendipity stories, lost his father
late this night, Friday, October 17, 1997 to a severe heart attack.  

        Those of us at Eyrie Productions and who are working with him on
Serendipity III wish him and his family all the love and strength we can,
and our prayers and good wishes go out to him.
