isn't it obvious? C&C means story related stuff. Grammar critiques
don't belong on the fan fiction mailing list unless the errors get
in the way of the story. If you'd bother to look, almost every fic
out there has numerous minor errors. It bugs me too, but i hold my
tongue. If you really can't stand it, use ispell. Anyway, Shut Up.

Pardon me, but I was led to understand that Stephen objected to any such
grammar corrections at all, not just those posted publicly.  At any
rate, you are missing the point of the ML: to give writers a chance to
show their rough works for improvement for eventual posting to RAAC. 
This was the original goal of the ML, and it still stands, no matter how
much it has grown.  If you do not desire to improve your work, it is
perhaps best if it were posted to RAAC instead.  

Also, for your information, critiquing grammar is, quite obviously, a
form of constructive criticism intended to help the writer, and does
fall under C&C (Comments and Criticism).  Thus, it should be welcome in
this forum.
