Hi all,

Is it just me, or has there been an avalanche of new fics on the FFML
lately.  Just when I was ready to release my own...

Anyway...this is actually a good thing. ^_^

And now for the better part of this msg.

FFML Awards?  I think C&C's would suffice and agree with Key, and I think it
shouldn't appear on the FFML at all, since that would totally discredit it's
impartiality, and as a source of fics for all sorts of animes, from all
sorts of persons.  Let's avoid making the list a source of fics from
preferred authors.  (Remember Hellraisers?)  The SPAM ML is suppose to
handle such self adoration, and promulgation.

A monthly fic list, well that's one of the things I suggested as a bonus to
the Synopsis List.  Hopefully we can make it work, after Mark retires.  ^_^

Chicken Ball Awards?  Funny how fics are portrayed nowadays.  They are
getting too mechanical, and a lot less substance.  No one remembers the
why's and the how come's of stories, people nowadays want to know...who
dies...what is he? and the such.    Anyway, probably why we always look for
humor in everything, it's the easiest to see, light on the heart, and not a
burden to the soul.
