In my opinion, as great an idea as it is, we do not need a FFML award. As
it stands, there are plenty of awards on the web, more than I would care
for. Personally, for me, the awards that are available mean nothing to
me, and those who want an award are glory seekers. For me, the reward of
writing a fanfic is just having an excuse to waste time doing something
that I like to do, and reading email from people who respond to my
stories. These alone are more than enough to satisfy my needs...
