No, it has to be "Moderated" in the last quarter. There were several
folks who had posted stories well before the end of the quarter and
they did not appear on RAAC untill after the deadline.

appeared on RAAC, nearly two weeks later. Does anyone know what's

Anou....hold up a minute here. The quarter ended when, the 30th? If fics
moderated before the end of the quarter are eligible...

Side? I'd do it myself but I have absolutely *no* idea how to use
DejaNews...it scares me!

As the the person said, it's NOT when the get to the _newsgroup_ rec.arts.
anime.creative, it's when they get _archived_ by the raac moderator at
the raac archive(whichever ftp address that is, I use one of the alternative
sites myself, so I wouldn't remember). If it was the other way around,
one of mine, 100% Woman, would have been eligible as well. But it wasn't,
so it isn't, so what? It will be in the next quarter, as will yours(unless 
they REALLY get lax at the archives)

(Yes, I do prefer the system the other place uses, since it's more 'current',
but I'm easy on whichever way it's done. As long as no-one's story is actually
missed, it's ok by me. But this archive way does confuse - I've seen this
exact same sort of posts for the last two vote periods.)
