I do apologize if we seem a bit overzealous.  We want as many people
voting on this as possible, and, as such, we try to get the word out as
much as possible in as many different media as possible, in order to
ensure a large and diverse a fanfic voting populace.

As for getting your fanfics nominated, there's a really easy way to do
it.  
Send them to RAAC.  

That's all.  Once Edmonds & co. put it into their archive, it becomes
eligible.
