No, it has to be "Moderated" in the last quarter. There were several
folks who had posted stories well before the end of the quarter and
they did not appear on RAAC untill after the deadline.

(In fact, I posted a story on October 1, and it has STILL not
appeared on RAAC, nearly two weeks later. Does anyone know what's
happening there? )

Anou....hold up a minute here. The quarter ended when, the 30th? If

moderated before the end of the quarter are eligible...

Side? I'd do it myself but I have absolutely *no* idea how to use
DejaNews...it scares me!

I do believe that eligibility is based on when the fic is *archived*,
not when it actually pops up on RAAC.
