Well, a new Knight Saber would definitely cause problems, I don't know how
much of an outsider she would be(if there ever was a rule that they all
have to be female..not sure). Nene as well as Linna are generally
kind-hearted and would make the new girl feel at least welcome. In battle
is where Priss and Sylia would be watching. So, the new girl would never be
a total outsider. 1 half of the group is would make her feel welcome until
the other half joined in. At least,that's how I see them. 

Which brings me to Priss.  Why does Sylia give Priss such free reign?  
Sylia is envious of Priss.  Priss had the courage to do what Sylia 
couldn't.  Priss was out fighting GENOM while Sylia was hiding in her 
basement lab tinkering with the hardsuits.  Priss had the courage to do 
it without a mask.  Priss uses the hardsuits simply because they offer a 
convienient power boost.  Sylia uses them to hide her identity.  Sylia 
is terrified of GENOM.  They killed her father, and perverted his 
greatest work.  She has every right to be afraid.  But Priss, Priss has 
had everything taken from her.  Her family, her lover, her life.  And 
Priss fights back, with or without the hardsuits.  She isn't afraid to 
tell GENOM who she is, and where they can shove it.  So Sylia is envious 
of Priss.

I have to agree there in a way. Priss has always been the strongest of
will, even when her own personal life got in the way(within reason).
Sylia,though,she's more a "batman" type. Works during the day and fights at
night against the evils of GENOM. The only thing I see Sylia has over Priss
is strategy. Sylia won't generally rush in,she prepares most times and
carefully works.
