<< From my POV, the battle between Akuma and Ukyou would be a bit closer
 than you might think.  Remember that Akuma is *still* super-deformed. (I
 think.  Correct me if I'm wrong Twoflower.  Ok?)  Ukyou has her combat
 spatula and throwing spatulas.  So she has the reach on him.  Akuma has
 his chi-abilities and downright meaness on his side.  I see it as Ukyou
 trying to dodge his chi-attacks, while trying to shovel-pass him outa the
 ring.  (Scoop, toss, and win...  Go Ukyou!! <grin>) >>

WAIT! You also forget that Akuma has teleportation and a mid-air Demon Sword
kick that goes at a deep angle. If the Uk-ster was trying to do this, she
might find chibi-Akuma's foot slamming into the back of her neck. Which I
hope she loses. GO AKUMA! The only bad thing is that you didn't include any
of the COOL bad guys. Namely, 

The Great Shocking Alberto from Giant Robo or Ivan the Terrible from Big
Fire's 
Magnificent 10.

       Together! Aliegence or Death, BIG FIRE!

Concerning other villans; well, Nakago would have been REALLY pushing it.
'Cause he's so evil he makes all the others seem like wimps. And I really do
mean that. If you think you're bad guys are evil, you have not seen evil
until you've seen Nakago from Fushigi Yuugi.
