Depending on one's interpretation, you could do :

Uranus--Priss
Neptune--Linna
Saturn--Nene (poor Nene :))
Pluto--Celia

Nene gets the Saturn slot only by default.  You know who'd be
really good for it?  Anri.  Or the Killer Doll from the first
episode.  
Priss gets Uranus because she's butch, drives fast, and so forth.
Sylia's a good match for Pluto just because they're both
cool, authoritative, Know All, and generally in charge.
That leaves Linna as Neptune just because Linna's more or less
Priss's sidekick.  

or another variant,

Uranus--Priss
Neptune--Vision
Saturn--Celia
Pluto--Nene (BE VERY AFRAID)

Of course Priss didn't like Vision, which sort of puts a
strain on that pairing. As for Saturn and Pluto, face it,
you're just being silly.

Here's an idea I never quite did.  
"Cyber-Moon":  During the 1 year period in which the Senshi
are amnesiacs, a demented inventor decides they must have
died and creates new defenders for Tokyo, lifelike androids
made to look like the Sailors.  However, since he has no
idea what the real Senshi are like, he models their AIs on
the characters of Bubblegum Crisis, his favorite anime.  

Cyber-Moon:  	Sylia
Cyber-Mars:  	Linna
Cyber-Jupiter:  Priss
Cyber-Mercury:  Nene
Cyber-Venus:  	Reika Chang/Vision
