Ok, but we still need Pluto and Saturn.

Actually Sasami could take the Saturn role.  She's younger in
appearance than the others, contains enormous power (Tsunami),
and I have trouble with making her Mihoshi's daughter by Tenchi
from the future.  But really the Outer Senshi should be all
from the same series, which means a series with a large enough
female cast.  How about Gall Force?
