Sarah: hi there again, you just cant get rid of me can you?

Eric: no...

Dim: i find that notion very depressing.

Eric: uh huh... look we have some fics here that were huge in
length so we decided to write a seperate little review to each of
them.

Sarah: which ones..

Eric: Mirror Images part 3 and The Pursuit of Happiness

Sarah: oh yeah they were both very interesting.

Eric: yep but lets take them one at a time...

Sarah: okay which one first...

Eric: Mirror Images by Hunter Kid

Sarah: ohkay... well Mirror Images was a great alternate
universe.

Eric: i personally enjoy it cuz it focuses on Ukyou in a way

Sarah: and Ryouga...

Eric: whatever...

Sarah: however it did have some problems i think.

Eric: true while i find the end to be a bit tedious.

Sarah: exactly Tsubasa and Konatsu are fairly dull characters and
i found myself hoping the fight would be over quickly so we could
go back to the normal storyline.

Eric: currently they are not likeable or dislikeable characters
they are just dull characters.

Sarah: still it was a wonderful read.

Eric: Now the The Pursuit of Happiness

Sarah: I am enjoying this new story line almost as much as I
enjoyed the first two sets The More things Change and TPOH Act I.

Eric: I liked the foreshadowing with the Tarot cards

Dim: I found that part depressing

Sarah: *sighs* and it touches on Romantic overtones.

Eric: I would like to express my discontent with the resolution
of the events at the end of Act I however.  I felt that what
happened deserved a better end then what occured.  Simply passing
over it and letting things return to the status quo left me
feeling like it was a cop out.

Sarah: True but i think that for now thats the nature of their
relationship.

Eric: perhaps but even so i think a step forward towards
resolution would've been nice.

Sarah: did you see there are two more parts planned after this
one?

Dim:  I find that thought very depressing.

Eric: big surprise.  But even so, the way Act I ended I felt
certain that a big step had taken place in their relationship and
i was disappointed to see things return to the status quo.

Sarah: Anyway, both fics (TPOH & MI) were great and enjoyable
reads and i look forward to seeing the sequels.

Dim:  I thought they were both depressing...

Eric: Isn't there someething you can do about him?

Sarah: not really.

Dim: *rains on Eric*

Eric: i had to create him didnt I?  Later!
